Scott has more than 25 years of experience working with complex national accounts and specialty companies. He has a diverse insurance background, comprised of his roles as senior vice president of a regional specialty operation, senior loss control manager and risk manager. He is a registered OSHA 30-Hour instructor, has completed extensive coursework in customer relations, sales/marketing and insurance-related education, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. His combination of experience and training enables him to understand our agents’ and customers’ needs to ensure we are delivering the performance our clients expect.

Rob Westburg, CPCU

Having nearly 30 years’ experience in multiple lines of business, including 25 in the transportation sector, Rob delivers leadership and strategic direction to AF Group’s multiline development efforts. He previously served as president of Starpoint General Agency, Inc., a privately held wholesale general agency. Prior to that, Rob held various positions at American International Group for 15 years, where he served as vice president of transportation during his latter years there.

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Richmond and his MBA from West Chester University. He also holds a CPCU designation.
